Firstly we’re an online only operator with no physical store presence, our overheads are therefore much lower than your traditional jewelry store. Secondly we don’t hold stock, we make to order which means delivery can take a little longer than you may be used to. Finally some of our stones are ‘lab-created’, this means they’re not naturally occurring but made from the same material as a natural stone but in a lab environment. We source our stones all across the globe to get the best quality and price, which we pass onto you.
The short answer is as soon as it’s manufactured to your specifications, quality checked, packaged and shipped to you! How long does this take? Typically 14-21 working days.
